Sorana & "Il Fagiolo di Sorana"

Sorana is a small medieval city and is part of the ten Castella, which forms "A Suica", a mountain region located at North of Toscana.

Beans are the main product of our lands, cultivated in small patches of earth by the rivers shore.
Soft and delicate, very digestive, our beans have a plain and thin skin that, after cooked,
almost dissipates and mixes with the beans pulp.
The limited production makes it a very lucrative and highly demanded product.
